CoomeetChat Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of CoomeetChat.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use CoomeetChat if you do not agree.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum legal age required to use the service in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

You may not use CoomeetChat when prohibited by applicable law.

2. The Service

CoomeetChat provides browser-based random video matching and related features.

The service may include:

• Random video chat
• 1v1 video conversations
• Free matches for new users
• No-login initial access
• Optional paid access
• Safety and reporting tools
• Support services

Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued.

CoomeetChat does not guarantee that:

• A match will always be available
• Matching will always take 10 seconds
• Every conversation will be enjoyable
• Another user will provide accurate information
• The service will operate without interruption
• A user will achieve friendship, romance, or another outcome

3. No-Login Access

You may be able to begin without creating a traditional account.

No-login use does not exempt you from these Terms. CoomeetChat may use technical measures to prevent abuse and enforce restrictions.

Do not attempt to bypass a suspension, block, usage limit, or security control.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate another user
• Engage in hate or discriminatory abuse
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Request passwords or security codes
• Commit or promote fraud
• Share another person’s private information
• Distribute malware
• Interfere with the service
• Access the service through unauthorised automation
• Attempt to reverse engineer protected systems
• Circumvent safety controls
• Use CoomeetChat for illegal activity
• Exploit or endanger another person
• Send unwanted advertising or commercial messages
• Violate intellectual-property rights
• Submit false or abusive reports

5. User Conduct and Content

You are responsible for what you say, show, upload, or communicate.

Do not display content that is:

• Illegal
• Threatening
• Exploitative
• Non-consensual
• Fraudulent
• Infringing
• Seriously harmful
• Intended to expose private information
• Prohibited by applicable law

CoomeetChat may remove access, investigate reports, preserve relevant information, or cooperate with authorities where legally appropriate.

6. Free Matches

New users may receive free matches.

Free matches may be:

• Limited in number
• Limited by time
• Subject to availability
• Changed or withdrawn
• Restricted when abuse is detected

Free matches have no cash value and may not be transferred or resold.

7. Paid Services

Before a purchase, CoomeetChat displays:

• Price
• Currency
• Included access
• Renewal status
• Billing frequency
• Usage limits
• Cancellation information
• Applicable taxes

You authorise the selected payment provider to process the transaction.

Recurring services must be cancelled according to the instructions shown during purchase or in the relevant billing interface.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on:

• Applicable law
• The product purchased
• Whether access was used
• Payment-provider rules
• The reason for the request
• The published refund conditions

9. Reporting and Enforcement

CoomeetChat is not required to disclose confidential enforcement methods.

10. Intellectual Property

CoomeetChat, its logos, design, software, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to CoomeetChat.

You may not copy, sell, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from protected materials without permission.

11. Third-Party Services

CoomeetChat may rely on third parties for hosting, payments, communications, analytics, and security.

Third-party services may have separate terms. CoomeetChat is not responsible for services outside its control to the extent permitted by law.

12. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service for:

• Maintenance
• Security
• Product changes
• Legal compliance
• Technical problems
• Business reasons

Temporary interruptions do not automatically create a right to compensation unless required by law.

13. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoomeetChat is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• A particular match
• The identity or intentions of another user
• The accuracy of user statements
• A particular social outcome

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoomeetChat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Any monetary limitation must be reviewed under the law governing the service before publication.

15. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to compensate CoomeetChat for losses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your illegal conduct
• Your infringement of another person’s rights
• Content or information you provide

16. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

CoomeetChat may suspend or terminate access when:

• These Terms are violated
• Safety is at risk
• Fraud is suspected
• Payment is reversed or unauthorised
• Legal compliance requires action
• The service is discontinued

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which CoomeetChat operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes will be handled through the appropriate legal channels in that jurisdiction.

Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the product or law changes.

The effective date will be updated. Continued use after an applicable change may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
